What type of pallets do you sell?

Our stock includes a range of pallets such as overstock, closeouts, returns and others. Check out our website to see all the different kinds we have right now.

Do I need a tax ID to buy from you?

You don’t need a tax ID to purchase from Fast Liquidation Pallets, but having one can be advantageous if you plan on reselling the goods. 

We can sign you up as a reseller should this spark your interest. As a result, when buying from us, you won’t need to cover any sales tax— just provide a reseller’s certificate instead!

Can I speak to someone about buying truckloads weekly?

Do you ship to countries outside of the USA?

We regret to inform you that currently we are unable to ship boxes or pallets internationally.

How much does freight cost?

If you wish to determine the cost of shipping for your purchase, take into account its size, final destination and whether it’s a large order.

How can I arrange shipping for truckloads or pallets?

When will my order be ready for pick up?

So we can get things ready for you and avoid any hitches, it would be better if you could give us a heads-up before coming over!

That way, we can have your order good to go within 3-7 working days of ordering.

How soon will my order ship?

It is usual for orders to be dispatched within 3-7 business days. Should 7 elapse without any communication from us, do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate the matter at our end.

Where can I find tracking information for my order?

How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You might not be able to alter the address if your order has already been processed.

Can I convert my marked pick-up order into a shipment?

Certainly– just let our sales staff know that this is what you’d prefer. 

Remember that if the original order was for pickup only, we’ll need confirmation from the same email address before we can proceed.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order within a specified period after its placement, send an immediate email to our sales team including the order number and stating your intention to cancel the order.

However, this is subject to the condition that you must have used the same email for cancellation which you used for placing the order.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

In case of any eventuality, forward images of the spoiled merchandises together with the reference number to our sales department. You will receive an assistance message in a few minutes.
